Orders: All orders received will be shipped on the next business day where we have stock available. If your item is not available from stock, you will receive an email, no later than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date and the shipping method.
For large orders, at our discretion, and for any orders outside the EU, we reserve the right to make additional security checks, for which purpose we may contact you via email or phone.
Delivery: We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product details. You may track your order by logging onto your account. You are welcome to discuss your order by email or phone, but please check your online account first.
Returns: Returns will only be accepted for defective products. There is a 7 day returns period for damaged items through shipping, please state which one and a replacement sign will be sent to you free of charges, including shipping. If an entire set of signs is damaged, then please return the signs and a replacement set will be sent to you free of charges, including shipping. Shipping is not covered for the return of packages.
